Will They Work With Me To Pay My Bill?
To an extent, yes, they will help you. They can help with consumer credit counseling if necessary. However, if you avoid the issues and do not attempt to reconcile your account, you may be sent to collections and have your account charged off for non-payment and closed. It is best to work with the company before this happens. Are you a current or past customer with one of these credit cards? Share how the company worked with you to resolve your issues.
