  1. There 4.95 fee is crazy and they will not cancel the service and refund the money….. I did not realize then I signed up. they are very not customer service focused…. I would not use them

    • I did not realize that as soon as I signed up, that I would be charged $175.00 0N MY FIRST BILL THAT I RECEIVED. Emergency happened and we went from a three paycheck a week to one disability payment per month. We now get the same amount of funds, in a month, that we used to make in 3 days. Simply impossible to make old payments with current disability payments! just cannot be done, when one of us passed away. It went downhill, from then!
