  1. We discontinued our frontier service about a year ago ,paid frontier and early out.resigned with dish, the rep said we did not have to pay the 81.61 because it was for dish service.we paid frontier for their service.we still get bills from frontier 19 john st middletown,ny 10940.thank you

  2. Frontier really needs a SIMPLE site for bill pay. Not everyone has high speed internet and it is very irritating to wait for a half hour or more for a page to load every month. No other site takes this long to load. I have some site building experience and I know that it shouldn’t take so long to load even on dial-up. Isn’t it obvious that it’s better to design for functionality NOT entertainment? Flashy sites are just annoying and bad business practice…especially when we are trying to pay for a service.

    • I switched to Comcast about. 4 months ago . Comcast contacted frontier to cancel my phone service. Phone service is all I had with Frontier. Now I come home to find you are still billing me and adding charges. I want this stopped and those non-valid bills stopped . Plus my credit fixed.

  3. I do not want to pay online every month. I do not want on line billing notices sent to my e mail. I want a paper bill sent in timely manner. It is such a hassle to even make a payment on line you have so much on the page and even when I do want to pay on line I never get through to my account before I lose patience. I do not have time to sit and wait and wait for you to take my money. You are as confusing as Obama Care!

  4. wont to pay bill for the last 5 days .but it tells me my account
    # is not right and frontier will not help me. this is bad real bad costomer service.

  5. Trying to pay an online bill for Frontier needs to be made simple. It totally sucks and frustrating.

  6. This statement is now incorrect: “There are no fees associated with paying your Frontier by phone.” The automated attendant announces that there is a $3.50 charge for paying by phone.

  7. Frontier has always worked with me on my bill. I am only a student and can not always pay what I owe. Thank god this company is so forgiving in a world of unforgiving talking heads!

  8. Has to be the least ran place I have dealt with can,t get to online bill pay you may get the moon quicker than try there site just awful .a pain in the you know were

  9. I’ve been trying to pay my phone bill for 2 days now! Tried to sign into my account as I usually do and keep getting a screen that says “no key found” What changed? Been paying online for years!

  10. I was just switched to Frontier from Verizon-no choice in the matter. I tried to set up my online acccount & get the no key found too. Call customer service-somewhere overseas from the way it sounded. I may not stay with them long. Pathetic to being on a bunch of new customers and the website & app fail miserably!

  11. I also am trying to pay my bill on line like I have for the past 2 years. Since Frontier took over, I have tried to sign in and can’t. I don’t even know my account number, because I went paperless, so I don’t think a phone call will work. I just want to pay my bill before April 25, 2016. Can you help me.

  12. Ihave been trying to pay my bill online with absolutely no success again. The same thing happened last month when I tried to pay. I get the famous, ” no key found” that seems to appear to everyone trying your website. I’ve been paying my bill online for years and have no bills coming to me, I have no info about my bills. What is going on here, was told last month they were taking a lot of Verizon customers and the problem would be fixed. Please help!

  13. I also want to pay my bill but I also would like all of my TV’s to work properly. I am paying for a service that am not getting, Am I wrong not to pay if my service is not up to par ? And to be billed a month in advance,

  14. All email adds. and contact numbers are USELESS.WE have been trying to get current bill sorted out,so far,ZERO results.
    Can not find any help.Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Strongly considering changes to another service provider!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. Why can’t I pay online? You are rejecting both my email address brought from Verizon and tho I’m told I have a password, you will not give it to me. My preference is to pay online. Also, how in the world do I log-in when you won’t give me my password?

  16. I became a Fronttier customer by default because they bought Verizon FiOS. My monthly bill went from $70-$170 per month without my consent nor did I get any type of notification that Frontier would no longer honor the corporate discount with Verizon for over a year. During the buyout I do recall Frontier had some commercials roll outlet during the buyout to convince Verizon customers the only thing that would change was the name, everything else would stay the same… NOT True….

My bill went from $300 to $900 between April- August 2016 (how could that be when they couldn’t even get the service up and running from April to July 2016… Wow- makes no sense). My monthly bill w/o taxes and other items went from $70-$170 without my knowledge. One that’s a bunch of well that is not true and correct it all. My bill went from $300-$900 in a matter of four months. Customer service is mediocre and when they get backed into the corner for the most part they say they have phone problems and the phone mysteriously disconnects are you put on hold for so long that your arms get tired or your battery runs dad while being on hold for over 30 minutes to an hour.

It’s so sad that this is been the deck of cards that majority of us have been dealt. You get stuck with a large bill -call multiple times to get resolution and your bill is still the same and you have to start all over again. This seems to be acceptable but not for me. I am wondering if there is a class action suit out there. If so please let us know.

I like the level of service that Verizon provided me. However, I have no choice but to change cable providers.

Good luck to all of you out there.

  17. Have been having issues since Jan of this year and have asked someone to call me personally and hear me out.
Obviously Frontier, have established Functional Magement as there internal management however, this has led to a business model of “not my job” as I have called at least 20 times in the past 3 months without satisfactory answers.
Will be leaving Frontier at the end of April

  18. I have had frontier since it was purchased from Verizon and thank god. I have had 2 times I needed service and I waited 2 days I haven’t los t service even in heavy. Rain so I am posting a comment and kudos for frontier
