  3. No! GCI didn’t help pay bill, during our family hardship. Husband was battling cancer. Cable was suppose to be under $300/month, and cells phone were suppose to be under $400/ month. Instead our bills were reaching cable $460-690/month and cells $1000/ month, after overages and other fees. We cancelled service early due to our hardship and asked for manager to call to dispute the bills, being so high. No one ever called, except for a collections agency who says I owe $5100 for three months of service.
