  1. Yes, my payment is not due untill the 15th of every month. I just called and did the automated payment over the phone and it said my payment would not be posted or taken out untill Jan.17th after 5-pm. This is going to make my payment late, but actually I’m not late. I am on central time and it was 11:35 am, today Jan. 15th, 2012 that I made my payment. Will the date and time that I called to make the payment be honored or what, because I can’t afford for these late payments to be on my credit or to pay a late fee. I already was 14 days late because the woman the I spoke to back in Sep. 2011 told me the wrong information about when my 1st payment was due as well as she had all of of my information completely wrong. She should have been fired and because of her Im already late. This needs to be rectified, the technology exist to have payments posted and extracted in real time, because when I pay my electric bill and other bills it goes through imediatelty. So why don’t yall have this to offer your customers? Yall need to get it together because yalls system and people are scewing me up and I can’t afford it and don’t appreciate it at all!

  4. I have no idea what I own you guys. I also told you I was reenrolling at my college but you keep sending me emails and phones calls saying I’m past due. I will get you your money. But I thought I didn’t have to start paying till after I graduated from college.

  5. It’s also interesting to note that the time stamp is 5 hours ahead of the eastern USA. Be very cautious about giving any personal information here.
