Pay by phone: Jefferson Parish Water offers an automated system for phone payments. The system accepts credit card payments (Visa, Discover and Mastercard). Call 1-504-736-6060 to make a payment. There could be a slight payment processing delay, so this option should not be used if your account is facing disconnection.

Pay in person: Customers can choose one of three locations to make a payment in person.

I Can’t Make a Payment

We suggest everyone contact customer service if they are unable to make their Jefferson Parish Water bill payment on-time.   1. I call and call. Line is completely busy. I emailed a question and no one has bothered to respond. I register on website and they insist I enter bank info for auto draft. I refuse to do that. Anyone can have access to my account. They need to either answer calls and email in a timely fashion, or revamp site. I am trying to pay my bill, but am not paying a random amount . This whole system is horrible.

  2. I receieved my bill and the amount due was unbelieveable. I called the office on this and the customer rep took my name, sd she will have someone come ou and re-read meter and check. Advised her I had no leaks so I sent payment in for about the amount I pay . Then today 3/6/2014 I received a PINK letter advising of final notice or disconnection. No one called me or sent anything to me as what to do. I am so upset because I always pay my bill and on time.
