  1. I have had some financial complications the last two days and I would like to get and extension to pay by 7-1-15. I have had some serious financial problems due to a serious accident in the family, and a non-authorized withdrawal from my bank account. I may pay the bill before the 1st, because the bank assured me that I would be reimbursed the funds, but I want to give myself enough time to recover financially. I would appreciate your patience in giving me the time resolving this matter. Melvin Obey accnt.# 4650221
