  1. Does LIHEAP just help with one utility bill? I need help with my gas and electric, however my electric company hasn’t sent me my new bill yet. I know that I won’t have the money to pay either bill. Had surgery, can’t walk everything GA, Disability, is all pending. Meanwhile the utility companies won’t wait.
