How to Pay the Bill
If you are a current loan holder with Mercedes Benz, you should register for online account access for full information about your loan and access to online payment options.
Pay online: After registering for your account, you can pay your Mercedes Benz Auto Finance bill online at http://www.mbfs.com/mbfsr/en/misc/index.do. Registration requires the customer selecting a user name and password. You may be asked for your account number during registration.
Pay with ePay: Mercedes Benz Auto Finance offers an ePay option. You simply have to Log In to your account and choose the Auto Pay link. The link will take you to the sign up page for the ePay program.
Pay by phone: You can call 1-800-654-6222 to make your payment by phone. The system is automated, so you’ll need to have your account statement and payment method ready when you call. There is a service charge of $13 per payment.
Pay by mail: Tear off your billing stub from the monthly account statement you received and send it with your personal check or money order to:
