  1. I’ve made several attempts at paying my bill at an Old Navy store and was told they do not take in store payments and was never given an option as to pay my bill,as a new customer I would like to keep giving my business to Old Navy. So maybe you should give them more training on how the give new customers more information on bill payment. Thank You

  2. I only paid online because I was in a rush…I do not want to join
or belong to anything that takes money out of my account. I live
across the street from Old Navy and can do it myself…I paid last
night and that is it…..I do not need to pay additional monies
nor join anything…Please cancel and I will continue to pay as
    I always have. thanks, linda

  3. I want to pay my bill but your store won’t take my money for payment, so where do I pay my bill when I want to pay cash? I know one thing I’ll never use this card again.

  4. This is the first time that I have a credit card and I am trying to pay my bill but I can’t I am a new customer and I don’t want to pay the late fee. No changes

  5. i am on disability and trying to keep up with all my bills on my disability check and the old navy one is really hard for me to pay. i send in 40.00 and you take out 39 so i am only paying a dollar. i sent in 40.00 now i am sending in 57.00 which i was told pay that and call and make other arrangements i cannot pay more than that a month. lisa

  6. I have called and tried to work with the company in paying off my credit card balance with no help. I explained that I just got back from a four month unpaid internship and am currently looking for a job and therefore I cannot pay my bill right away, however I could pay it off within the next two months. The service representative told me that there was nothing that the company could do to help me in any way. This turns me off from the company being an honest customer and trying to cooperate and pay my bill as soon as I can, the fact that Old Navy refuses to work with me assures that they will lose my business in the future. I am highly disappointed and disgusted in the money hungry corporate behavior that I have seen today. If the corporation were to try and work with its clientele, there would be a lot more positive feed back, as of now the consumers do not feel like a priority and that is a sad thing seeing as we keep your business alive.
