Sage Telecom is a phone company in 12 states, including Wisconsin, Arkansas, Michigan and Missouri. Due to the broad coverage area, customers must mail payments to the address listed on their bill. There are various offices located throughout the coverage region.

How to Pay the Bill

Sage Telecom offers customers a few general payment options no matter where they are located.

Pay online: You can pay your Sage Telecom bill online from the main page of the Sage Telecom website at You must register for access to your account. The registration link is listed on the right side of the main page.

Pay with recurring payments: Contact the customer service department at 1-888-449-4940 to sign up for recurring payments. Recurring payments are deducted from your bank account each month on or around the due date listed on your bill.

Pay by phone: Call 1-888-449-4940 to make a payment by phone. Choose option 1 to access the automated payment system. Payment methods accepted by phone include credit card, debit card with a credit card logo and personal check.

Pay at a third-party location: You can submit payments at most ACE Express, Western Union and Moneygram locations. There may be a service fee charged for making payments at one of these locations.

Pay by mail: If you don’t have the return envelope included with your Sage Telecom bill, customer service will accept your payment from any location at:

  1. I have spoken with one of your representatives last week that I could make full payment on the 24th of April. Today is April 17th, and my phone was disconnected yesterday. I’m currently on “life line” and I have been a loyal customer. This isn’t right!

  3. My name is Jackie and I had one of the worst experiences speaking with a customer rep about my godbrother’s bill. I went as far to ask to speak with a supervisor. The gentleman was very patient and kind, but could not answer the questions I asked relevant to why his service was cancelled. My brother Mr. Brown followed the guidelines in the suspension letter he received, but to his surprise was still disconnected without a disconnection notice served. So what means of service to You People offer your customers or is false advertisement what you practice on a regular basis! Well, come Monday I will personally be calling back to speak with a supervisor that the gentleman said will return my call today(Saturday June 6) I never received. I even went as far to verify the time zone since we are not located in the same time zones.
