  1. I had southwest for 2 1/2 yrs since then their bill has tripled in the winter time. Last winter we were out of town and that did not make our bill lower. It seemed to me that we were punished for not using their utility service. Now southwest gas is asking for a deposit to be kept until I move out, I’m a house owner and not a tenant. I have never been late, once more I get punished by southwest gas. Life is hard as it is, go figure!!

  2. They did nothing to help me- I moved into a tiny trailer and they charged me a $300 deposit and shut me off after one month and my actual gas usage was $30. So Ive been without gas for 4 months noew and its rough. I feel they are a horrible company . They wouldnt even take pmts.

  3. I have been a customer of Southwest Gas for 6 years and have been late (by a few days, no more than a week) with my payment 4 times in all that time. Now they want a $190 deposit!! POOR way to treat a long term customer!!

  4. I lost my job and I can’t pay my bills I need help even I don’t have furniture at my apartment cause I can’t afford to buy it I have 3 kids I really need help

  5. They are a monopoly in most places they operate. They can do whatever they want. Need to contact your local corrupt utility commission for redress … our country is going down the tubes.

  6.
