How The Penalty Fees Work

Speedway Rewards fees vary based on the type of credit card you have and your current standing with the company. It is possible that missing a payment will increase your interest rate. There will be a fee if you are over your credit limit, or if your payment is returned.

I Can’t Make A Payment

Speedway Rewards will work with you to make sure your account remains in good standing. They will still report delinquency to the credit agencies so your credit rating may see some damage, but by working with you and providing consumer credit help they aim to stop your account from going into collections and being charged off for non-payment. Call customer service right away and ask what they can do for you. It is possible they will be able to reduce your interest rate or change the due date to help make sure your payment is made on time.

Will They Work With Me To Pay My Bill?

  1. I received the notice that my bill was ready but I am not able to find where I can either look at my bill or print a copy. If you could get back to be I would appreciate that.

  2. We just canceled our account. Our company has been in business since 1935. I set up autopay, immediately. We have had this card for four months. It’s been a complete headache. Now, after receiving a letter stating that they didn’t receive payment – I just now closed this account, as I was informed that even though we are on auto pay, the third party that actually should be receiving the payment – doesn’t get the payment when the autopay goes through! ugh. I was told that I could set up autopay directly with them – so as not to have an issue– to that, my response was — WHY was I sent documentation to set up autopay at the Superfleet website?! So, although I was set up as autopay – I just paid $5 to get my payment (in full) processed. Needless to say, we just canceled this account with Superfleet.
