  1. Suburban is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I had gotten behind on my payments and proposed a plan to get back on track. They REFUSED to work with me even if I agreed to pay my full balance on my account by the end of the month. I will NEVER do business with them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. I have had a stumbling block at other times in my life, and every company I have ever dealt with worked with me to get my accounts caught up. Suburban is the ONLY company that REFUSED to work with me. I have NOTHING good to say about them at all.
