How The Penalty Fees Work

There will an undisclosed late fee applied to payments made after the due date listed on the bill. There will be a fee for returned payments, in addition to what your bank charges you. There will be fees for any unreturned equipment.

I Can’t Make A Payment

If you cannot make your payment, it is best to talk to customer service to see if they can do anything to help you. They do not seem to have any programs to assist people who are having trouble making their payments on time. If you are late, you will receive a delinquency notice, with a final due date. If you do not pay by this time, your services may be shut off, and you may be required to return the equipment.

All they want is there money they do not help with your problems if your having any that plays a role on your account. They just want paid and they will shut you off if you even chat with them and make arrangements. Sometimes I wish I was more start so I could get things done the proper way instead of dragging it out. Again they don’t care.
