  1. I have a 5 year car note that I am 2.5 years into, I ran into a problem in July and have accrued 213.00 late fees and still mounting. I have made several attempts at negotiating with the collection dept to bring the account up to date by asking them to waive the fees if I make the missing July payment with no success, I asked about marking it deferred and tacking it to the back of the loan or modifying the 6% loan to a lower rate with no success so far I will continue to contact different depts and see if I can resolve this.

  2. I just financed around $40k on a new vehicle with an auto loan from Valley National Bank. I will be moving this loan to another bank immediately. It is ridiculous that you can not pay your loan online unless you have a bank account with Valley National Bank. I don’t need another bank account, I need to AUTO pay my loan online. It’s 2014…unreal.
