What To Do When You Can’t Pay Your Vodafone Bill
Vodafone is a mobile or cellular phone company servicing 21 countries throughout the world. How to Pay the Bill
Vodafone offers traditional cell phone service and pay-as-you-go options. Pay-as-you-go phones must be re-charged each month. Cards can be purchased at authorized dealers or via the TopUp service offered online from Vodafone.
Pay online: Customers wishing to pay your Vodafone bill online can visit https://online.vodafone.co.uk/dispatch/Portal/appmanager/vodafone/wrp?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=Page_AccReg_LoginService&pageID=MV_0000. You must first sign-up for an online account before accessing the payment option.
Pay by direct debit: Vodafone offers direct debit as a payment option for all customers. Customers must call 08700-700191 from a landline phone or 191 from their mobile device to sign-up for direct debit.
Pay by credit or debit card: All credit or debit card payments can be processed through Vodafone customer service by dialing 191 from your mobile phone.
Pay by BACS: BACS payments must include the sort code 20-00-00 and account number 30830208. Your account number and name must be entered for proper credit to your mobile account.

Pay at your bank: All banks take Vodafone payments. Simply make your check payable to Vodafone and write your bank account number on the back of the check. Your bank may charge a fee for this service.

How the Penalty Fees Work
Vodafone charges fees for late payments, dishonored checks and payments and early termination.
- Late payment fee: There is a $10 late payment fee for all payments received after the due date.
- Dishonored payment fee: Vodafone charges $20 per dishonored payment. This includes check, credit card and debit card payments.
- Early termination fee: Early termination fees from Vodafone differ based on the length of contract and type of contract. Customers will pay a sliding scale fee based on the time left on the contract.
I Can’t Make a Payment
Vodafone offers payment arrangements for customers having trouble paying a mobile phone bill. Customers can use their mobile phone to contact customer service at 191. Ask for the Credit Control team and request a payment arrangement. Repeated late payments or non-payments may result in barring of the phone until all payments are received.
